Dubai Airports Multilevel Parking Building is situated at Dubai Airport Terminal -1
The upcoming car parking project is spread across a plot 400,000 sq. ft.

This project runs parallel on the busiest Airport Road of Dubai. The building comprises of the ground plus four storey for Car Parking. The roof area is also utilized for parking maximizing the parking efficiency. Lift lobbies and Services are planned at the corners of the building to cater from all sides.

Two Gigantic ramps connect the building at the levels. The building is connected to the existing Terminal lobbies by a bridge on the upper level.

Proposed design reflects Dubai’s rich culture and tradition with a modern outlook. The planning is an open concept affording natural ventilation with spectacular view of the emirates and is proposed to have concrete and metal dynamic elements as finishes which enhances the beauty of structural grid while breaking up the scale of massive façade.
