Capital Engineering Consultancy provided full design approval and supervision services for Amana Healthcare's flagship long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Al Ain. The project was developed to meet international healthcare standards while creating a comfortable, home-like healing environment for both adults and children requiring complex, post-acute care.

- Capacity: ~82 beds, including 24/7 ICU-level coverage.
- Specialized Care Spaces: Therapy rooms, hydrotherapy pools, sensory therapy rooms, gym, landscaped gardens, and a family majlis.
