Project Description

A state-of-the-art healthcare facility designed to integrate advanced medical services with holistic wellness. The ground floor accommodates an Outpatient Department, pharmacy, and VIP entrance to upper floors. The central landscaped courtyard serves as a key design feature, providing natural light and a tranquil environment.

The facility includes 25–30 deluxe inpatient rooms, 15 specialized therapy procedure rooms, and a dedicated yoga center promoting physical and mental well-being. The project is designed in accordance with USGBC specifications, targeting a Platinum LEED rating, reflecting sustainability, energy efficiency, and high environmental performance.
