Project Description
Capital Engineering Consultancy served as the lead consultant for the design, approval, and supervision of Aertssen Machinery Services' warehouse and workshop expansion at ICAD III.
The facility includes
- Workshop (G+1) – 42.5m x 20m hall for machinery services and fabrication
- Storage Warehouse (G+1) – 42.5m x 20m hall for storage and logistics
- Ancillary Facilities – Utilities, site circulation, and support infrastructure
