Project Description
Capital Engineering Consultancy is engaged for the design and expansion of Hotpack's industrial facility in ICAD III, Mussafah. The project scope includes:
- Warehouse with Office Building – Integrating storage, logistics, and administrative functions in a modern, efficient layout.
- Substation – Designed to meet enhanced operational and power requirements.
- Guard Room – Security and access control infrastructure.
- Boundary Wall – Full site perimeter security and demarcation.
Our role covers architectural, structural, and MEP design, securing all necessary NOCs from relevant authorities, and providing supervision during construction to ensure quality and compliance with Abu Dhabi building standards.
This expansion will enable Hotpack to increase production capacity, improve supply chain efficiency, and meet growing market demand for its packaging products in the UAE and GCC region.
