The SOBHA Steel Factory project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art steel manufacturing facility, integrating production, administration, and utility spaces. The facility includes a warehouse attached to G+1 offices, an administrative building (G+2+R), additional office buildings (G+1), utilities rooms, and external works.

Scope of Consultancy Services

As the lead consultant, Capital Engineering Consultancy provided:

• Architectural, Structural & MEP Design for all factory and office facilities
• Regulatory Approvals – Managing submissions and obtaining municipal and industrial permits
• Project Supervision – Ensuring construction quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety standards
• Integration of Industrial Systems – Supervising installation of production, administrative, and utility infrastructure
