Project Description

Capital Engineering Consultancy has been appointed to provide complete engineering and design services for the development of a large-scale Marine Industry Facility for MBK Marine.

The project will feature

• Main Office Building – Administrative and management offices
• Workshops – Fully equipped for fabrication, assembly, and marine repair works
• Fabrication Areas – For heavy-duty marine structural works
• Shipbuilding Area – Dedicated space for vessel assembly and maintenance
• Service Block – Staff amenities and operational facilities
• Pump Room & Water Tank – Domestic and fire-fighting water supply
• Boundary Wall – Perimeter security and controlled access

The facility will serve as a central hub for marine manufacturing and services, aligning with UAE's strategic marine industry development goals.
