Project Description

Capital Engineering Consultancy is serving as the lead consultant for the design and planning of a state-of-the-art residential community for workers at KIC-A, Abu Dhabi. This large-scale development integrates multiple residential units, dining halls, recreational spaces, and utility services to create a fully functional, safe, and comfortable living environment.

Our scope includes

• Architectural, Structural & MEP Design: Complete design of residential blocks, common facilities, dining areas, recreational zones, and supporting infrastructure.
• Regulatory Approvals: Obtaining all necessary NOCs and permits from relevant authorities to ensure compliance with UAE laws and labour accommodation standards.
• Project Supervision: Monitoring construction to ensure adherence to design intent, safety, and quality standards.
