Project Description

The Qusahwira Staff Accommodation Expansion project is a comprehensive development aimed at enhancing and expanding existing staff living facilities. The design ensures comfort, operational efficiency, and sustainability in a remote work environment. The project provides high-quality residential and support infrastructure for both long-term staff and contractors.

Key Components

  • Staff Accommodation Building (G+2): A three-story residential facility comprising 100 rooms, including 8 VIP rooms, designed to provide a comfortable and functional living environment for long-term staff.
  • Contractors' Accommodation (G+1): A dedicated two-story facility with a total of 71 rooms, ensuring well-organized housing for contractor personnel.
  • Service Block: Supporting facility with 250 sqm built-up area, housing essential services and utilities for day-to-day operations.
  • Sewage Treatment Plant (STP): Fully equipped with a capacity of 165 cubic meters/day, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and promoting sustainable site operations.
  • Total Built-Up Area: 3,513 sqm
