Capital Engineering Consultancy was appointed to develop the master plan and full concept design for a large-scale labour accommodation facility at KIZAD. The project is fully aligned with the Permanent Worker Residential City Development Guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards for worker living environments in the UAE.

• Site Area: 144,578.34 Sq.m
• Capacity: Designed to accommodate up to 10,000 occupants (10,000 beds)

This residential community master plan integrates multiple residential buildings, dining halls, recreational areas, utility services, and internal circulation networks. The design emphasizes efficient land use, regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability, showcasing Capital Engineering Consultancy's expertise in planning and delivering large-scale, self-contained communities.
