We served as the Architect of Record (AOR) and project supervision consultant for the Al Hamra Mall development in Ras Al Khaimah. Our involvement ensured design integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope of Services

• Architect of Record (AOR): Verified and approved architectural designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes and client requirements.
• Project Supervision: Monitored construction activities on-site, coordinated with contractors, and ensured quality standards were maintained at every stage.
• Coordination & Compliance: Acted as a liaison between the client, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to project schedules.
• Design Integrity: Oversaw implementation of architectural intent while resolving design challenges during construction.

Our role reinforced design excellence and construction quality, contributing to a landmark retail destination in Ras Al Khaimah.
