Scope of Consultancy Services
Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED)
- Layout of storage tanks, pumps, piping, loading arms
- Process flow diagrams (PFD), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
- Civil, structural, and mechanical design of supports, foundations, containment
Detailed Engineering
- Structural (tank foundations, jetty structures, load-bearing platforms)
- Piping, valves, fittings, material selection
- Electrical & instrumentation (E&I): power supply, lighting, control panels, safety systems
- Instrumentation & control systems: sensors, SCADA, emergency shutdowns
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Specifying, selecting, and obtaining critical equipment (MLAs, pumps, valves, control systems)
- Quality assurance / quality control during procurement
Project Management / Construction Management
- Overseeing contractors for civil works, mechanical installation, electrical/instrumentation works
- Ensuring HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance
